I’ve been blessed to help a number of people create big platforms to do world changing work… and Mary Barbera is one of them.

Mary’s mission started in 1998 when her son was diagnosed as having moderate-to-severe autism. That personal challenge has turned into a global mission to help parents and professionals help kids reach their fullest potential.

Mary has now built a huge platform, and she’s helped hundreds of thousands (or maybe millions?) of parents and kids.

This is what it looks like when an online business becomes a mission that changes the world…

“You Done Good”, Jeff Walker, helping Mary…real kudos to you for putting all of this together. There is great power in participating in creating Change. It is wonderful to be in the business of making a difference for humanity & specifically children, parents, & families dealing with Autism.

  3. Mary!!! Congratulations on an AWESOME accomplishment. To write and launch a book can absolutely be compared to birthing a child. And I get goose bumps when I think about how many REAL KIDS will be helped, thanks to your work and your mission. I am so honored to call you my friend.

And – JEFF! Thank you for teaching and inspiring ALL of us to reach our fullest potential as entrepreneurs. I am forever grateful.

Let’s go get ’em this week! The world needs this.

  4. Very inspiring! I have been thinking about my own personal “mission-oriented” business – helping transitioning military find good private sector careers. Just wrote a book on it, “Employment after DEPLOYMENT” and have been teaching a program, Operation Hand Up for 8 years. I have followed Jeff for years and am a member of PLF. Time to apply PLF to make this go!

  6. Hi Luis,
I was really inspired by your story. I have worked as a teacher, administrator and now as an educational consultant. I know a lot about how to motivate teens, but I struggle with finding how to present that knowledge as an online course. How did you get your business off the ground in only 3 weeks?
    Thanks for your help,,
    Barb

    • It took much longer than 3 weeks! But I started with seed launches for each of my courses! Jeff teaches on this in PLF and has some vlogs on it too!
