Wow… what a wild couple weeks.

68 thousand views on the Launch Masterclass lesson videos…

Almost five thousand hours of watch time…

Over 19 hours of livestreamed teaching…

Hundreds and hundreds of questions answered…

I’m pretty spent 😅

It’s easy to wake up after an event like this and have it all feel like a bit of a time warp.

And it’s easier still to just… go back to normal life.

And to let that inspiration fade. To become another “I’ll get to that when I have the time”…

Whether you joined us in the Product Launch Formula® Coaching Program or not… I don’t want that to be you.

I want you to win.

Here’s how to keep moving forward.

Hey, it's Dan. I'm coming to you on Friday. The day after we just wrapped

up our biggest launch of the year, the Launch Masterclass. And if you're

watching this right now, chances are you joined us for at least some of it. It's okay if you didn't. We're still cool.

It was a wild two weeks. We had tens of thousands of entrepreneurs join us to learn how to launch. I feel like I'm losing my voice. We went live for six consecutive days of lessons and Q&A’s from this live studio set right here and we had hundreds of folks jump in and join us in our product launch formula coaching program. It was awesome.

But now it's the next day, the launch is over and life goes back to normal. And I was thinking about you. And I was thinking about how easy it is to watch something like the Launch Masterclass, to get excited, to get inspired, to be just so stoked to get into action.

And then that next day comes, Monday comes, and it's not like you lose motivation. You're still excited, you're still hyped, you're still ready to get going, but the event's over and there gets to be a little bit of a sense of, well, huh, what's next? I had a thought I wanted to share with you. The key to getting really, really good at just about anything, it's consistency and it's practice. There's a saying that is kind of running through my head a lot lately and I don't know who said it. I don't actually think anybody did. I think I combined a couple different quotes that I like into my head. But it's what I keep saying to myself and it's – If you go to the gym once, not much really happens, right? Like you feel like you work hard but it's not like you go home and you're a different person.

But you go to the gym 10 times and still nothing really much feels like it's

happening. But you go to the gym for 10 weeks and all of a sudden people start to notice like, “Hey man, you've been working out. Look a little different. You start to feel a little bit different, too.”

You go to the gym for 10 years, all of a sudden you're the strongest person that anybody you know has ever met.

And that is so much carryover to everything else in life, too. It's so easy to get caught up with the tactics. And it's so easy to get caught up with chasing a quick win and get caught up with comparing yourself to where you were a week ago or two weeks ago. And here's the thing, the more time that you spend chasing tactics, the less time that you spend on the core strategy that is actually going to make the difference long term.

Now, I'm not saying tactics are bad or anything. You need those two, but it's the strategy that is going to make all the difference in the long term. So, if you joined us at any point during the last couple weeks and you got excited about doing a launch, about getting launched, then your next step is to implement. Your next step is to work on getting good at that core strategy. We shared the formula with you. It's all there if you joined us in the Launch Masterclass and especially if you're one of those folks who jumped into the Product Launch Formula coaching program to have us guide you through implementing that strategy. Then you have what you need.

Your next step is to go and try it for yourself. Next step is to get into action. And it's so easy to get bogged down by those small little speed bumps. It's so easy to be on the way to the gym and realize, oh, I forgot my water bottle or oh my gosh, like I'm feeling kind of tired right now, or I probably should have eaten first. Like, it's so easy to find those little things that can stop you on a day-to-day basis.

But the problem is that those things that stop you on a day-to-day basis, they add up. They kill that consistency.

So, your job right now is to keep moving forward. Don't let a small speed bump trip you and make you fall flat on your face. Implement what you've learned. Come back. Tell me how you did. Tell me how it worked for you.

All right, that's what I got for you. Short and sweet one this week cuz it's been a long couple weeks of launching and I got to get to the gym. I'll see you next week.
