    • You’re missing the point, Chandan. Rather than just the money generated, the sale is a tool to really show how awesome your product is, and create buzz to help more sales. So focus on the customer experience from the sale rather than the money from the sale itself.

  1. Completely agree, Jeff! Also, if we focus on selling to generate raving fans, we won’t have time to worry about whether we’ll get the money or not–the result? A more relaxed, authentic approach that creates trust and sells!

  2. Hi Jeff, I am a long time big fan of you.
And I actually think that the big mistake impeding success, online and also offline, is trying to hide your self, your personality. Building trust and authority means first of all to be visible as a person.
And this trust and credibility is largely responsible for the higher value of your customer list compared to your prospect list.

  3. Thank you for the selling perspective Jeff. It makes total sense. Another takeaway for me is the benefit of creating community with your customers. As one of yours, I have grown to trust what you say and look forward to hear from you.

  4. Once again, you’ve got it 100% right, Jeff!

Here’s a telling example: Yesterday, you sent me an email about Christian Mickelsen’s “Free Sessions That Sell” – it was a live steam sales process and I’m thinking I’m going to do the deal. I didn’t do it right then, still have some self-doubt I’m working through, but, man… what a Crushing Offer. The great thing is, if I buy, YOU get a commission as a JV!

Not only that, both my dad and I will be at LaunchCon 2016. YOUR BUSINESS has completely transformed our lives for the better and I know it has been worth every penny my family has spent to be involved in your “Circle of Awesome.”

Much love from California to Colorado,

    Ben

    • Hey Jeff,

Wanted to let you know that I JUST purchased “Free Sessions That Sell.” Enjoy that commission (go mountain biking and keep hanging out with Branson!). ;^)

I thank you for your service to humanity through your business. Keep it coming!

      Again, much love,

      Ben

  5. I learn so much from you – stuff you probably don’t even think about. Your video lengths, your backgrounds, your short but straightforward content in each video. You are my favorite guru! Your book sits next to my computer, along with yellow notepad sheets. I’m working on a Kajabi product launch. Thank you for all you do.

  6. Jeff you have knocked one out of the park again!

Over-deliver freebies and over-deliver paid products. I am all over that.

I’ve been working on my own offer and it’s phenomenal! It is absolutely amazing how much you can give away. I used to be somebody who was afraid of sharing my ideas and now work like crazy everyday trying to figure out how to give away more.

Another one of your raving fans,

    Pat

  7. Thanks for the great tips. I am getting ready to start a 5 week Masterclass next month and you gave me some ideas of how I can over deliver to my attendees. Especially the idea of sending them something month after, 2 months after etc. Great suggestion.

It’s hard to overestimate the power of this tip! And I continue to be amazed at how well you walk your talk and continue to overdeliver with your Product Launch Formula! Thanks a million, Jeff!!!
