There’s a secret I’ve followed in business for over 30 years. I believe this strategy alone has allowed me to succeed over the long-term.
When it comes to winning the online business game, it’s a MUST you do this one thing. And that one thing is…
You have to fall in love with your customer and their future results. You have to fall in love with their journey – from who they are right now… to who they will become once they get into your world and start to work with your coaching, teaching, or training.
Why the customer’s journey matters
You see… the joy you feel when you take your customer from point A to point B is what drives you to create trainings to help them get results.
Once they get those results, they’re going to keep coming back to you.
It sounds so simple, yet a lot of business owners lose sight of this. They become enamored with the latest marketing tips, tricks, and tactics, and get away from the reason their customers bought from them in the first place.
Plus, as time rolls on, it’s becoming more and more expensive to acquire a customer. That’s why the online business owners who will be there in the long run are the ones who receive multiple purchases from the same buyer.
What constant communication can do for your business
If you fall in love with your client and their future results – and you stay in conversation and community with them so that you can continually tap into what’s going on for them – then you’re going to get better results from them. They’re going to come back and make repeat purchases, and they’ll be more willing to pay a higher price because of that trust factor.
Plus, they’re going to tell other people about you. They’re going to become affiliates, and they’re going to become evangelists.
This is how I’ve been able to stay in business for so long. I continue to have my existing customersthem invest at a higher level – and I do that by obsessing over their results.
You can study all the tricks and tactics, but the number one thing you have to do is fall in love with your customers – from when they first enter your world… to when they become ultra invested in themselves and the results they get by working with you.
