  1. You definitely need to reframe everything that happens to enable success, and reflecting on your wins really helps with this. You’re not laying bricks, you’re building a cathedral!

  2. Hi Jeff,

looking forward to your launch. We will launch our next version in november. So far I just had your book and it helped me lot. The first launch “your style” already was a six figure launch. In the meantime, we more than doubled the list and I am really excited. Maybe your product is what helps me put this on a new level.

    Best regards
    Sebastian

  3. Jeff,

Perfect timing in this video. After years of trying to learn about this online marketing world I came across your book and everything clicked.

So here I am, in the final stages of my first seed launch, needing to do audio for some videos… And I wake up with a cold. Oh well… My reframe is that my voice will be even deeper and more resonant!

Thank you for your work and your example.

  4. Jeff, so true. As Dr. Wayne Dyer always said, “When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” Best wishes to you during the launch!

  5. Hi Jeff. Thanks for the endlessly cheerful, honest and inspirational video messages. Talk about re-framing – instead of talking about a ‘gratitude journal’, to talk about “writing your wins”; great idea. I shall blog and give you the credit.

  6. When I work with clients, I always say that “FEAR” = Freeze Everything And Re-frame.

When you’re stuck in old patterns and stories, a lot of fear comes up – that leads to stress, anxiety, etc.

When we take the focus off of us, ad point it back to our customers/clients, that’s usually the first step in the re-frame. I like it when you say “don’t play someone else’s game” because the only game that matters in business is the one that allows us to serve our best clients in a profitable, sustainable way.

  7. Sometimes, Jeff, we think we have to do it all. When you’re down there in the weeds you could think, what is the part of this driving me nuts that I could delegate wisely? From your video it seems that writing and the research needed to get to the content writing is a drag. On the positive side, doing it yourself allows you to see the riches of your life, and on the negative side, another set of eyes and expertise, can cut through the weeds which will bring breathing space and insights.

Yes, I have a passion for research, synthesis of knowledge, and writing.

  8. You are so right and sometimes if you’re like me, you get caught up in the “accomplish this… plan for the next, move on.. etc” that you don’t take that time to celebrate the great things that are happening along the way. I just finished doing a seminar for a company this past week and received wonderful feedback as to the benefits and how excited everyone was. The tendency is to say… “Ok, how can I do this again for the next company?” That’s great. But your post today is a wonderful reminder to stop and soak in what was accomplished this week and then use the energy from that to propel me on to help others. Continued success to you Jeff! Thanks for all you bring to the “game”.

  9. Jeff,

Can’t tell you how much sharing your perspective helps to reinforce my path. You truly are helping people…and it’s incredibly appreciated.

Glad you know you’re doing what you are supposed to be doing.

    Keep it up!!!

  10. Jeff,
Great video, your gratitude is so wonderful.. that really is such a key to not only business but life! Thanks again for the
great heartfelt and inspiring message. Tom

    Thanks Jeff,

Very inspirational! It’s good to have an honest perspective of success. Sometimes, I think that it will one day be easy and there will be no challenges, but it is good to know that this is not the truth. What is required for success is a reframing of perspective. Something for me to keep in mind. Thanks once again Jeff, for the great message!

  12. “There is nothing to writing. All you do is sit down at a typewriter and bleed.” – Ernest Hemingway. And, another one I like: “You are what you think about all day long.” – Earl Nightingale. Call it “reframe”, that’s cool, or just what it is: creating reality out of what you choose to think. Love your inspiring videos each week, Jeff. Keep up the great work!

  13. Gratitude is everything. ♡

The new launch video is beautiful. (I just sent a videographer to your site to take notes.) I noticed there were a lot a writing books on your bookshelf. If you ever write a novel you’ll be ready for a book launch. ( :

A couple of days ago I downloaded a free app called Winstreak to record each day’s wins – and I love it.

    • @Jenny: Winstreak is by Dan Sullivan and Strategic Coach… Dan is my coach, and he’s the one that I learned my “3 wins” exercise from. I prefer using a journal, but I’ve heard the Winstreak app is really sweet.

  14. Jeff, Thanks for the continual motivation. I’m wondering if I need a new, higher level goal to get me motivated to finish my first book. Sometimes, it seems like the “fear of success” is that glass ceiling over my head which keeps me from finishing. I’ve been at 75% done for a while, and have only added a couple % in the last week. I’m studying chapter 2 of Chin-Ning Chu’s “Thick Face, Black Heart”, which is an awesome text about developing one’s “killer instinct”. I’m wondering if you have already developed material on this topic, specifically about overcoming fear of success. Perhaps I have to bring my vision into clearer focus, or develop a magnificent obsession to go to Neckar Island; start to dream bigger, etc.? Could you speak to this in a future video? Have you ever had challenges with “Fear of Success”?

  15. Jeff,
Thank you for your continued inspiration. I also enjoy reading all of the comments as I learn a great deal from them as well! Would you please provide a link for the video you referenced about journaling your wins for the day as well as the wins you expect for the next day? Or let me know where I can access this video, please.
    Thank you,
    Catherine

  16. EXACTLY the message i need right now as i am in the middle of my launch. Yeah, late nights is right. Launching isn’t for sissys!!

  17. This is ideally what it’s all about – doing what you do to help others and create wealth for all. Great video, thanks Jeff.

  18. Jeff- All of this mental methodology of success- the way you outline it- should be (in) your next book 🙂 Tom

  19. Thanks Jeff. I really look forward to your Sunday words of wisdom. I remember a friend of mine saying in about 1990 that their are no new opportunities in computers. You constantly remind me to remember how blessed I am and that there is opportunity all around. Thank you.

  20. That was EXACTLY what I needed to hear, being in the thick of it right now. Thank you. I just think you are awesome. Focusing on the value that I’m creating for people and the huge impact that what I’m writing is going to have on people makes it SO fun. Thx again.

  21. Thank you for the reminder about writing down the wins each day or each week. I dropped that practice a long time ago, but now it is time to pick it up again.

Hi Jeff, thanks for your great teaching and content. The picture and sound of your video is so good, can you give us your receipt. What do you use as video and to take the sound. Thanks in advance. Great job.

  23. Hi Jeff,
I am in the same state-I am preparing for my first launch. I have marked your book so often that it looks like I might have to get another!!!
I am very organised and am able to follow the PLF because it is simplified. This process is something that I have waited for over a long time. Thank you for all the support. I LOVE the videos where you interview your successful clients.
Take care, you have a lot more to give,
    Ann

  24. LOVE this Jeff! Just what I needed right now as I’m in the middle of creating a huge new product.

Can’t wait to buy PLF to help me launch it!

  25. Jeff, that FRAME is the BEST-EVER frame, through which to view ALL OF LIFE!
We take too much for granted, forgetting that so MUCH is true BOUNTY,
truly WONDERFUL and we have ONE SHORT LIFE in which to taste and
    enjoy and FEEL GRATEFUL for…

(And on a coaching level, you’re using “y’know” and ‘like’ too much, Sir.
You’re crutching on them, but it is so much better when you pause,
inhale, THINK what your point is, and let PERTINENT WORDS flow.)

  26. I’m really great to Erico Rocha because of him I found you.. I’m gratefull for your teachings and , even though I coundn’t buy the PLF, I’m using what u teach for free and I’m gratfull you took the time to teach a little of your great formula to let us try . I;m greatfull for the 9 students I got for my online course, and I’m greatfull for the tens of private students I got out of my blog, you tube videos, and that is because of you. I’m gratful for my family and friends that try hard to understand me but they never try to stop me. I’m greatful for another day I can breath, help others to achieve their dreams and be happy as puppy when someone comes to me (as a minute ago) and say that one thing I did helped them to see the light and learn something… I’m just gratfull for the opportunity to be here and be the change I wanna see in this world. Thank u

  27. Thank you for this. Something all entrepreneurs need to remember when you’re in the trenches… exactly what I needed to hear today…:)

  28. Jeff,

    Great Video!

Thanks for the Flexible Reframing… I’m in the business of helping people add flexible frames to their thinking, which is a form of reframing. The focus is on making sure the new frame is more flexible rather than less.

For example, when someone says to you, “That PLF thing won’t work for me,” they just added an inflexible frame to their PLF frame; they just restricted their thinking. If they say, “That PLF thing just might work,” they just added a flexible frame that opens up opportunities.

We humans hate to lose (it’s called being loss aversive), so to protect ourselves we are quick to add those inflexible frames. Of course doing that works to protect us sometimes, but too much of it holds us back, makes us inflexible and closes down our lives.

Your video reminds us that adding the gratitude frame opens up our lives (and makes it easier to write).

    Be Well!

    Kevin

  29. Oh, really like this one. It’s so easy to get bogged down in the work and forget why and that we CAN! Thanks for the reminder:)

  30. I loved this one. Its true, we need to keep things updated. And yes great successes come with blessings of people you’ve helped immensely. 🙂

  31. Awesome sharing about reframing! I also agree with you that being an entrepreneur, we get the choice to make our game. Wishing you the best in all your launches 😉

  32. Definitely needed this Jeff. Much love and respect for doing what you do.

    Victoria

  33. G’Day from Australia,

Great video, thanks Jeff. In your video you mentioned that you have a video for your night time journal wins. I could not find it, so please could you share the video with me, or should i say us?

    Many thanks
    Sean Drayton

  34. Love the reminder about writing down our wins at the end of the day. It’s something I’ve heard a hundred times but haven’t implemented. Sometimes it takes hearing things over and over again to really get it. Thank you for reminding us!

  35. Dear Jeff,
Thank you for your message. The word REFRAME really stuck. I’ve been struggling for awhile now, as an author, speaker and musician for Women’s Ministry. For the longest time, I haven’t been able to pinpoint what is missing. But I think REFRAME is my new favorite word!
Not exactly sure what it means for me yet, but I am certainly going to revisit my books, blogs and outreach with a heart of gratefulness. I think that’s a great place to start, don’t you?
    Thanks again,
    Jennifer

  36. I’m so excited about rejoining PLF. I’m ready now to make an impact in the world. You’re so incredibly inspiring. Love your book.

  37. Great video. Tx for being transparent about the ups and downs and how intense things can feel sometimes. I guess an boring job you hate can be intense too, so YES to the reframe and scripting our life!

  38. Finally got to see this. Great video on reframing, which I’ve been hearing so much about in different circles. It’s a shift of context and the context is decisive.
