I want you to meet Dr. Julie Helmrich… or as I think of her, “The Jeff Whisperer”.

Entrepreneurs often have a negative story or voice holding us back – an inner critic that highlights our fears and doubts, like “who am I to do this?” or “I don’t have anything to offer”.

Julie helps people transform these limiting narratives into motivating and encouraging stories so they can stop feeling stuck, get out of their own way, and create a magical life.

This is more powerful than just “mindset”. Because when you change your story, you change your life.

And in this conversation, you’ll discover how to turn your story into your superpower:

Delightful info from both of you! I’ve been looking at my faith factor and realizing it was the lynch pin in almost every pathetic event I endured. I appreciate your stalwart psychologies and your desire to serve. I have decided to adopt these recommendations. Thank you!

  2. This was so good! I like her a lot… really connected with what she was saying! I would love to learn more from her.

    • My take aways:
      – Fears are connected to the internal ‘dialogic’ (love that)
      – Base purpose: to love and contribute
      – Fear goes away when you do that thing
      – Transformational change needs time to ponder and process
      – Power of the sacred morning routine
      – Need for both the “being’ and the ‘doing’ worlds

Thank you for that conversation, it was awesome!

    Thank you,

  5. Like what she said. It all makes sense. Thanks so much. I have just started to write books for children. It is important to create a world of peace and joy for children. They deserve it.
